Signing Up
I am not a current Contactually user and wish to sign up for my Tom Ferry Contactually account.
You must sign up through the Tom Ferry HUB. Contactually cannot create an account for you.
I'm already a Contactually user and want my account to be part of the Tom Ferry partnership.
Please email Contactually support and we will add your account to the partnership; you will receive a pro-rated refund for your current Contactually subscription. Do NOT create a new account through the Tom Ferry HUB.
I received an error when I tried to sign up through the HUB that said: "You already have an account with Contactually with this email and User ID". Now, what do I do?
In this case, please email Contactually support with the User ID shown in the error message and we will add your account to the Tom Ferry offering; you will receive a pro-rated refund for your current Contactually subscription if you already have one.
I have an existing account, but I also created a new account through the Tom Ferry HUB. I only want one account, so what should I do?
Please email Contactually support and we will walk you through your options.
I am leaving Tom Ferry but want to continue using my Contactually account. What should I do?
We can remove your account from the partnership, but you will need to pay for it yourself. Please email Contactually support to get started. You can also view current pricing.
Teams
I am currently on a team in Contactually. Can I be part of the Tom Ferry Contactually offering?
This offer is not available to teams. You'll need to separate from your team or continue to use your current account with your team, without formally joining the Tom Ferry offering (the fees may not be covered by Tom Ferry if you maintain your team account; please reach out to your point of contact at Tom Ferry to confirm). Please email Contactually support if you would like to separate from your team and be added to the Tom Ferry offering.

I joined the Tom Ferry program and would like to bring my team into Contactually. How do I add a team member?
The Tom Ferry CRM offering is not currently available for teams. You can work with your team outside of the Tom Ferry partnership (your Contactually fees may not be covered; reach out to your point of contact at Tom Ferry to confirm), or you can stay on the partnership. If you would like to be removed from the partnership and keep your existing account, please email Contactually support.

Billing and Plans
I am on the Real Estate Accelerator Plan (REAP), which isn't available through Tom Ferry. What will happen to my REAP content?
You have two options:
- Keep your REAP-specialized content: You can keep the REAP content and business systems and pay for what the Tom Ferry plan does not cover. You will receive a pro-rated refund for any overpayment on your remaining subscription. Our current plan pricing can be used as a guideline for your costs, but your situation may vary.
- Lose access to your REAP content: Since this plan is not offered through Tom Ferry, this specialized content that came with your account (Templates, Programs, and Pipelines) will be removed; you will receive a pro-rated refund for your remaining subscription.
I receive the Professional plan from my brokerage, but the Starter plan from Tom Ferry. Which will Tom Ferry charge me for? What features will I get?
You can be a part of your brokerage's plan and the Tom Ferry plan at the same time. You will continue to receive the features of your Professional plan while your brokerage provides it to you, even if those features are different from the features received through the Tom Ferry plan. You will receive any applicable Tom Ferry content, however.
