Contactually automatically builds a database of contacts for you based on people you've sent email to. If you use Gmail or Office 365, contacts are also automatically imported from your address book. New contacts will continue to be imported as long as your email remains connected to Contactually.
Other sources from which you can automatically import contacts are your Android or iPhone, MailChimp, and dotloop. You can also create Zaps to import contacts through Zapier.
You can import a list of contacts from a spreadsheet, which helps you connect other sources of contacts where there is no automatic integration.

How to add a single contact
There are four ways to add a new contact: on the Dashboard, on the Contacts tab, in a Pipeline Deal, and in the Message Composer.
On the Dashboard
At the top of the page, click + Contact.
On the Contacts tab
At the top right of the page, click Add Contact.
In a Pipeline Deal
You can add a contact when adding a new Pipeline Deal or when viewing an existing Pipeline Deal.
When adding a new Pipeline Deal, click "New contact" to the right of "Add contact(s)."
When viewing a Pipeline, click the name of an existing Pipeline Deal to open it. On the right hand side of the page under Contacts, click "Create new contact."
In the Message Composer
You can add a contact when writing a new message. After you type the email address, if a matching contact is not found, choose to "Add a new Contact". Messages can only be sent to email addresses saved as Contacts.
