It's important to continuously add new contacts, whether for networking purposes or as potential clients down the line. You can't repeatedly depend on the same group of contacts if you want your business to grow.
The Reach tab in the Insights page shows you how many unique contacts you and your team members have communicated with during the specified time period.
The Reach graph counts the number of unique contacts reached, not the number of communications (emails, calls, meetings, calendar events, texts, and any other manually logged Interactions) completed. This means the graph will count multiple communications only once if the communications occurred within the specified period. For example, if you called and emailed Jillian during the last 30 days, the call and email will count as one unique contact reached. If you called Jillian and emailed Sara during the last 30 days, the call and email will count as two unique contacts reached.
Click the date selector at the top right of the graph to specify the period of time shown.
You can also click a team member's name below the graph to open up a more detailed view of that team member's network reach during the selected period of time. The more detailed look shows the user's network reach on a per-day basis within the specified period.
