To view the entire list of emails scheduled and sent from Contactually, go to your Messages page. Only emails initiated from Contactually display on this list. To view all emails sent and received for a specific contact, including emails sent from outside of Contactually, go to that contact's profile.
You can use the tabs on the left-hand side to view by individual message or overall ScaleMail. To view all the messages within a specific ScaleMail, click ScaleMails on the left and click the subject line of the ScaleMail you want to see details for. This will populate the individual messages within the ScaleMail and show their tracking results.
Click Individual Messages or ScaleMails on the left-hand side to open up options to see sent, scheduled, and draft messages.
To edit a draft or change the scheduled send time for an email, click the subject line and it will open. ScaleMail cannot be edited this way.
All tracking in process is indicated by gray icons. All completed tracking is indicated by green icons. In other words, green icons indicate that the message has been opened, that a link within the message has been clicked, and that the message has been responded to. If there's no icon at all, that tracking option was not selected for that message.
I don't see an email I sent on the Messages page. Where can I see it?
If you sent an email from outside of Contactually, it won't show on the Messages page, only on the contact record for that contact. Search on the contact to pull up the contact's profile. Then scroll down to the contact record to find a full list of emails sent and received for that contact.
Why do some of my emails have colored icons next to them but others don't?
Icons indicate that open, click, and/or reply actions are being tracked. If there is no icon at all, that tracking option was not selected for that message.
How can I edit my draft messages or change the scheduled send time for a message?
Go to the Messages page. Click Individual Messages or ScaleMails on the left-hand side, depending on if your message if a single email or a ScaleMail. Click Draft. To edit a draft or change the scheduled sending time of an email, click the subject line of the email, and it will open.
