Prioritize the relationships that need your attention most
It can be overwhelming to look at all of your Contacts and determine which people to focus time on. Contactually looks at how often you've been in touch with contacts you've bucketed and scored your progress with a letter grade. Use the letter grade as an overall indicator of how well you're doing with the relationships that matter to your business. Filter down to fading and weak relationships and focus your attention on re-engaging those contacts.
Use ScaleMail to follow up with the whole group of contacts at once or a Program to strengthen your relationships over time. Easily monitor your progress by watching your grade go up and the colors change from red and yellow, to green.
What is Network Health?
Your Network Health indicator on the Dashboard measures how well you're doing against the Follow-Up Reminder intervals you've set for each Bucket. To receive a Network Health score, you must have at least 25 contacts who:
- Have at least one interaction with you
- Are in a Bucket with a Follow-Up Reminder
The more you follow up, the higher your grade. The colors reflect your relationship statuses with your contacts. Green indicates you're doing well, yellow that your relationship is fading and you should reengage, and red that your relationship is weak and you should follow up as soon as you can.
Click a color on the Network Health indicator on the Dashboard to view all the contacts with that relationship status. Click View Insights at the top right of the Network Health indicator to view a graph of the evolution of your relationships over time.
How to filter by relationship status (color)
Click a color on the Network Health indicator on the Dashboard to view all the contacts with that relationship status. Use the filters on the left-hand side of the Contacts page to further narrow the list. For example, if you want to view only your weak relationships in the Warm Leads Bucket, use the filters Status and Bucket.
You can also bring up a list of contacts by relationship status on the Contacts page at any time. Use the Status filters on the left-hand side to narrow down to strong, fading, or weak relationships.
FAQs
What counts toward my Network Health grade?
Only Follow-Ups with contacts in Buckets with Follow-Up Reminder intervals count toward your Network Health grade. Follow-Ups with contacts in Buckets without Follow-Up Reminder intervals and Follow-Ups with unbucketed contacts don't count toward your grade.
All of my relationships statuses are green. Why don't I have an A+ grade?
To be eligible for the highest Network Health grade, you'll need to have at least 250 contacts in Buckets with Follow-Up Reminders, and with whom you've interacted at least once.
Why do some of my contacts have a gray or no relationship status?
Unbucketed contacts and contacts in Buckets without Follow-Up Reminder intervals are not graded, so they aren't assigned status or color. To monitor your relationship status with a contact, place it in a Bucket with a Follow-Up Reminder interval.
Can I set it so that when any team member follows up with a contact in a shared Bucket, that Bucket's relationship status (color breakdown) is reset for all team members?
No, a Bucket's relationship status (green/strong, yellow/fading, red/weak) is based on each team member's activities for that Bucket, not the team's activities as a whole. Likewise, a shared contact's relationship status is based on each team member's interactions with that contact.
