The folders in your email from which Contactually logs messages are different depending on what type of email you have: Gmail, Office365, IMAP or Exchange.
Gmail
Contactually logs messages from your Gmail inbox and sent folder.
Office365
Contactually logs messages from all Office365 folders that are stored on the server (not locally-hosted by your mail client).
IMAP
Contactually logs messages from all IMAP folders that are stored on the server (not locally-hosted by your mail client).
Exchange
Contactually logs messages from your Exchange email's inbox and sent folders, as well as up to 25 subfolders under the inbox root. If your inbox and sent folders are not named "Inbox" and "Sent" (for example, if they're named in a language other than English), change your settings so that Contactually can read from them.
1. Go to Contactually's Settings and then Email Account. Click on Update Credentials to the right of your connected email.
2. Click the Change Folders link above the Update button. You'll see dropdown menus to change the names of folders.
3. Select the folders that represent your "Inbox" and "Sent Items" and click Update.
