Add a personal touch with a handwritten card
Use Contactually’s Send a Card feature to quickly and conveniently send a personalized message in the mail – without running out to the store!
All you have to do is select a design and compose a message. Contactually will take care of the envelope, stamp, and sending. Contactually's team will hand write your message for you, giving your card a special touch.
How to send a card
You can start the card-sending process by clicking "Send a Card" from any contact profile.
1. Purchase card-sending credits.
2. Select a design for the front of the card.
3. Choose a contact to be the card recipient.
4. Select an existing address or enter a new address.
5. Compose your message.
6. Review your order and submit.
7. Take note that an interaction, "Sent card," is logged on that contact's contact record.
Can I send a card to or from an address outside the US?
You can use as your return address an address outside the US, but you can only send cards to US addresses.
How do I purchase card-sending credits if I’m on a team?
Only the team owner/payor can purchase card-sending credits. Card-sending credits purchased by team owners are available for all team members to use.
Do card-sending credits expire?
Yes, they expire one month after purchase.
Can I choose what I want the handwriting on the card to look like?
We have partnered with Letter Friend, which has a team that hand writes each card. You can’t request a specific type of handwriting, but we have vetted the team’s handwriting to ensure it’s legible and not overtly feminine.
Can I send more than one card at a time?
No, you can only send one card at a time.
How long will it take for my card to arrive?
Your card will arrive in three to seven days, excluding Sundays.
Can I track my card?
No, but we'll send you a message when the card is placed in the mail.
How much does it cost?
Account administrators can purchase cards in packs of 10 for $45.
