Centralize all your email contacts in one place
Sometimes it's convenient to have different email addresses for different purposes, or perhaps you recently changed email addresses and are still reminding contacts to use your new one. Maybe there are contacts buried in a long-abandoned email account with whom you'd like to reengage.
Connect multiple emails to Contactually and ensure all your contacts and communications are imported. Toggle between email addresses when sending messages and avoid having to use different platforms for follow-ups, or always send from the same address while keeping additional emails connected simply to log messages received.
How to connect additional emails
Go to Settings and click Email Accounts on the left hand side. At the top of the page, you'll see all email accounts currently connected to Contactually.
To connect an additional email, click the appropriate email type and fill in the required credentials and information.
FAQs
Is there a limit to the number of emails that can be connected?
No, you can connect as many emails as you want.
Is there a way to make a specific email my primary email so that messages are sent from that email by default?
By default, messages are sent from the last email address used to send a message via Contactually (not the last email address you sent from outside of Contactually). There is no way to set it so that a particular email address is always the default, but Contactually will remember which email address you last sent a message from and default to that address the next time you send a message.
Can I set up an email alias but not connect the email account to Contactually?
No, Contactually cannot send on behalf of an email address without having the account connected.
