Contactually uses your primary email address to send account-related communications, including billing invoices, responses to support requests, contact exports, Insights data exports, Email Open Notifications, lead assignments, Follow-Up Reminder summaries, and communications from your account manager.
Your primary email address is the email you use to sign in to Contactually. You can double check what your primary email address is by going to the User page of your Contactually Settings. If your primary email is not an email you frequently check, email email@example.com to change it to a different email address. This will also change your sign in email.
If your primary email is already your preferred email, check your junk or spam folder for Contactually emails. If the Contactually emails have been accidentally marked as spam, click into them and mark that they aren't spam. You can also set up email filters so that all emails from the domain @contactually.com are routed to your inbox.
Gmail may route Contactually emails to your social or promotions tab. Setting up an email filter will ensure Contactually emails are routed to your inbox.
If you're expecting an export from Contactually, wait 15 to 30 minutes. The size of the export may delay its processing, and you won't receive an email until it is done.
