Track the impact you're making on your network
The Relationships graph of the Insights page shows how many contacts you're nurturing and how well you're doing against your goals.
Each team member's bar shows the breakdown of strong (green), fading (yellow), and red (weak) relationships of the contacts tracked. In order for contacts to be tracked, they must be in Buckets with Follow-Up Reminders. See Network Health for more details.
The Relationship Point Average (RPA) is also shown to provide a numerical score against which to compare team members' performances.
Below the graph is a table highlighting each team member's activity over a specified period of time. Easily sort by RPA, percent change in RPA, the total number of communications, or total number of emails, phone calls, meetings, or other types of Interactions.
Click a specific team member to open a graph detailing that team member's tracked relationships. The graph plots the RPA on top of network relationship data. The green section shows the total number of healthy relationships, the yellow section shows the total number of fading relationships, and the red section shows the total number of weak relationships. The white line and dots show the RPA.
The table below the graph shows that team member's Buckets, the number of contacts in each Bucket, and the relationship status breakdown (color wheel) for each Bucket.
