Great use cases for ScaleMail

ScaleMail's a fantastic tool for quickly following up with many people with one-to-one messages. Below are a few of the best use cases users have found.

General Follow-Ups with fading relationships

Want to get an A+? The more Follow-Ups you complete, the higher your grade will be. To find contacts you need to reengage, go to the Contacts tab and click the Status filter on the left hand side. Then tick the checkbox to pull up fading or weak relationships.

This message can be broad. Share some of what you’ve been up to and ask what’s new with your contacts. They’ll appreciate your asking!

Follow-Ups with dormant leads

It takes multiple touchpoints to engage most leads. A silent lead doesn’t necessary indicate a lack of interest. Touch base to check in.

Personal invitations to events

That workshop, client appreciation party, or open house you’re hosting will have much greater attendance if you customize each invitation. Show your contacts you aren’t just sending a mass invite. You care if they attend!

Testimonial or referral requests from past clients
