Is there an email limit for my plan?

Contactually allows you to email multiple contacts at once via ScaleMail and Programs. As much as possible, Contactually sends emails from your email server. Sending a high volume of emails increases the probability of being flagged as a spammer.

We have placed email limits on each of the plans.


  • Basic: 50 emails per day
  • Professional: 300 emails per day
  • Accelerator: 400 emails per day
  • Enterprise: 1,000 emails per day

These limits include ScaleMail messages as well as Program-triggered emails that don't require approval before being sent. These limits don't affect individual Follow-Ups or Program-triggered emails that do require approval before being sent.

Once the daily limit has been reached,
you won't be able to send any more ScaleMails until the following day. Remaining Program messages will be sent via SendGrid.

It's important to also read how DMARC policies affect Contactually and your regular email provider. Your email provider has its own send limits in addition to Contactually's.
