To ensure that you can continue to send messages through Contactually, we have placed email limits on each of the plans. The "day" starts at midnight and is based on your timezone on the settings page.
- Basic: 50 emails per day
- Professional: 300 emails per day
- Accelerator: 400 emails per day
- Enterprise: 1,000 emails per day
These limits include ScaleMail messages as well as Program-triggered emails that don't require approval before being sent. These limits don't affect individual Follow-Ups or Program-triggered emails that do require approval before being sent.
Once the daily limit has been reached, you won't be able to send any more ScaleMails or Program-triggered emails that do not require approval. If you find that you are trying to work around this limit, please consider a marketing platform designed to help you send email at this scale - Contactually even integrates with MailChimp, while others can be connected through Zapier.
It's important to also read how DMARC policies affect Contactually and your regular email provider. Your email provider has its own send limits in addition to Contactually's.
