Assigning a Default Template to a Bucket creates a setting so that every time you follow up with a contact in that Bucket, that Template automatically populates in the Follow-Up. The Default Template only loads for individual Follow-Ups, not in ScaleMail. It will not override a Template scheduled for that contact via a Program.
How to assign a Default Template to a Bucket
1. Click the Buckets tab.
2. Click the Bucket you want to assign a Default Template to.
3. Click the small Integrations & Programs tab.
4. At the bottom of the page, select a Default Template.
5. Click Save.
