Where do I find my invoices and update my credit card?

How to view invoices

To see all your invoices, go to Contactually's Settings. Click Plans and Billing on the left hand side. Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Invoices header.

Click the invoice ID to view your invoice. Your invoices are also emailed to you each month or year, depending on if you have a monthly or annually plan. Invoices are sent to the email address listed under Billing Information. To change this email address, click Update Billing Information.


Your billing email may be different from your primary email, which is the email used for account communications that aren't billing-related, such as responses to support requests, lead assignments, contact exports, Email Open Notifications, Follow-Up Reminder summaries, and communications from your account manager. Your primary email is the same as your login email. To change your primary email, send an email to support@contactually.com. Identify your current primary email and the email address you'd like it to be changed to.


How to update your credit card

To update your credit card, go to Contactually's Settings and click Plans and Billing on the left hand side. Under Billing Information, click Update Payment Method.
