Why is the Chrome plugin telling me I'm not logged in?

If you get a message from the Chrome plugin that you are not logged in, it may mean that in your Chrome settings you have  checked off "Block third-party cookies and site data".  This is blocking the Chrome plugin from logging into your Contactually account.

Here is what you need to do to fix this.

1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar found on the top right of the window.


2. Select Settings

3. Click Show advanced settings. This is found at the very bottom.

4. In the "Privacy" section, click the 'Content Settings' button

5. In the 'Cookies' section, click 'Manage exceptions' and add '"'as an allowed host name.

6. Click 'Done'.
