If you get a message from the Chrome plugin that you aren't logged in, it may mean that in your Chrome settings you've ticked the checkbox to "Block third-party cookies and site data." This blocks the Chrome plugin from logging into your Contactually account.Follow the steps below to fix this.
1. In your Chrome browser, click the three vertical dots at the top right. On the dropdown menu, click Settings.
2. Click the link to "Show advanced settings" at the bottom of the page.
3. Under Privacy, click the "Content settings" button.
4. Under Cookies, click "Manage exceptions" and add www.contactually.com under the Hostname pattern column.
5. Click Done.
