An email alias is not an actual email account. It is another email profile where all emails are automatically received or forwarded to your real email account.
To configure email aliases within Contactually, go to Settings > Email Aliases. This is where you can add additional any additional email addresses you use.
By adding your email alias, we can track the messages that you send from those email aliases. You will also be able to use that email address when following up via Contactually.
Note that sending via an email alias will not generate a copy of the message sent in your email's inbox or sent folder. You can view the sent message from your Dashboard > View Messages screen.
*Please make sure that you set up your alias in your actual email account so that messages sent to your alias gets forwarded to your email, otherwise your contacts won't be able to respond to you through your alias.
