The Basic plan is $45 per month per user if billed monthly (no contract) or $39 per month per user if billed annually upfront (annual contract). It includes the ability to link multiple email accounts and send 50 ScaleMail per day.
The Professional plan is $69 per month per user if billed monthly (no contract) or $59 per month per user if billed annually upfront (annual contract). It has all the features that the Basic plan has plus access to hundreds of Templates, Programs, and Pipelines in the Global Library; the ability to create and customize your own Email Templates; team functionality, including contact sharing, content sharing, and lead routing Programs (prescheduled workflows and campaigns); and Pipelines. Professional plan users can send 300 ScaleMail per day.
The Real Estate Accelerator plan is $119 per month per user if billed monthly (no contract) or $99 per month per user if billed annually upfront (annual contract). It has the entire feature set that the Professional plan has but is designed for real estate agents specifically. The plan is strategically structured to allow agents to better engage leads and win more referrals. It comes with three complete real estate systems with market-tested content, including hundreds of expert Email Templates and built-in campaigns for leads, past clients, and referral sources. Real Estate Accelerator plan users can send 400 ScaleMail per day. Real Estate Accelerator users also receive two complimentary coaching sessions and benefit from having a dedicated Customer Success Manager.
The Accelerator plan is $119 per month per user if billed monthly (no contract) or $99 per month per user if billed annually upfront (annual contract). It has the entire feature set that the Professional plan has but is designed to immediately address the five most common business problems relationship-based professionals face: higher quality leads, better lead conversion rates, stronger relationships with influencers, better communication with clients and network contacts, and more accountability and automation. The plan includes a comprehensive set of built-in workflows and campaigns for relationship building, partner and vendor engagement, lead conversion, and client care, as well as Templates for everything from networking to general outreach to business development and lead follow-up. Business Accelerator plan users can send 400 ScaleMail per day. Business Accelerator users also receive two complimentary coaching sessions and benefit from having a dedicated Customer Success Manager.
The Enterprise plan is $229 per month per user if billed monthly (no contract) or $199 per month per user if billed annually upfront (annual contract). It has all Professional plan features plus audit logging for tracking team members' activities; custom integrations; and advanced permission levels within a team. Enterprise users can send up to 1,000 ScaleMail per day. Enterprise users also benefit from having a dedicated Customer Success Manager.

What happens to my data if I don't upgrade after my free trial expires?
If you choose not to upgrade after your trial expires, you can use the free version of Contactually for 14 days. This version allows only one email account to be connected and only eight Buckets of contacts. You receive one Follow-Up Reminder on the Dashboard per week. Please note that any email account that isn't the primary connect email will be disconnected from Contactually. Any Buckets beyond the first eight will be inaccessible. Templates, ScaleMail, Programs, and Pipelines will be disabled. All social, third party, and direct integrations will be disconnected.
After the 14-day grace period, you will not be able to use Contactually at all. You can log in only to purchase a plan.
Can I export my contacts after my free trial expires?
You can export your contacts during the 14-day grace period following the expiration of your trial. After the grace period ends, you will not be able to export anything.
To export your contacts, log in to your account and go to the Contacts tab. Click Export at the top right.
If I don't upgrade now but change my mind later, can I come back to Contactually?
Yes. You can log in at any time and go to Plans & Billing in Settings. If you choose the same plan as you previously had, your original feature set will be restored. If you choose a different plan, you will have that plan's features.
I used to have a Contactually trial or account and now am considering coming back. New features have been released since I last used Contactually. Can I have another free trial?
No, each user only gets one free trial. If you're a previous or currently-paying user interested in the Real Estate Accelerator or business Accelerator plan, you can request a demo. If you're in the middle of your trial and are interested in a demo, please contact your sales rep or click the Schedule a Demo button in your account at the top of your screen. This is the fastest way to get a demo.
How can I change my plan?
Log in and go to Plans & Billing in Settings. To change to a different plan, click the blue button detailing pricing ("$[amount]/user/month") within that plan's outline. Confirm that you want to change your plan. An upgrade occurs immediately. A downgrade occurs at the start of your next billing cycle.
You can cancel your account underneath the plan outlines where it says Cancel My Account. This locks your account and archives your data. It does not delete your account. Please take note of the details regarding upgrading, downgrading, and canceling plans. These details are at the bottom of the Plans & Billing page.
How can I delete my account?
To delete your account, please email our Support team or your dedicated Customer Success Manager. Once you delete your account, you won't be able to retrieve the data.
