How to change the email address used for account communications

Your primary email is the email address you initially used to sign up with Contactually. It's possible to have a primary email that isn't used to log or send messages via Contactually if you never connected that email account in Contactually's Settings.

Your primary email serves as your login email. It's also the email Contactually uses to send account-related communications, including responses to support requests, lead assignments, contact exports, Email Open Notifications, Follow-Up Reminder summaries, and communications from your account manager. Make sure your primary email is an email address you frequently check so that you don't miss important notifications from Contactually.

To change your primary email, send an email to support@contactually.com and request for your primary email address to be changed. Changing your primary email will change your login email but won't affect your password.

Your primary email may be different from your billing email. To change your billing email, go to the Plans and Billing page in Settings and click Update Billing Information under the Billing Information header.
