The Insights page - Response graph

Contactually enables you to track opens, clicks, and responses for the emails you send in-app. You'll see the rates for these in the Insights page. You'll be able to compare results among your team or see how many successful tracks you have per day. To get here, click on the Insights page then click on the Response tab.

                    



Per team member is represented by their avatar or their initials. Opens, Clicks, and Responses have separate bars. The yellow bar represents your Open Rate. Orange shows Click rate. Red shows your Response rate. 
If you want to isolate or narrow down the graphs, just click on the legend at the bottom right. 

                                        


You can choose the date period shown by clicking on the date selector at the top right of the graph. 


By going to the individual user Insights page, you'll be able to see how many clicks, opens and responses you or your team member has received per day. To access this graph, click on the name of the team member below the graph. Hit the Response tab on top of the graph. You can hover your mouse over the graph to see the breakdown for each day.
