Tracking activity levels

Measure the way you engage with your relationships

As your database grows, so do your means of outreach. Clients come from all places with their own preferred methods of communication.

Located on its own tab on the Insights page, the Activity graph shows the number of phone calls, emails, and meetings you've had during recent periods of time, allowing you to see how many people you're connecting with and in what ways. It's a good idea to vary how you touch base so you're not overwhelming your network with emails or calls. Try commenting on social media every now and then or sending a handwritten card. That way, you can stay top of mind without being overbearing.



Track team metrics

As a team administrator, use the Activity graph to gauge the performance of team members. Monitor how many calls, meetings, and emails each team member makes per week, month, or quarter. Use the information to identify correlations between outreach methods and results or activity levels and results.




By default, each bar shows a team member's total number of activities. Hover your mouse over the bar to see the breakdown of each activity.


  
 
Emails, meetings, phone calls, and other types of Interactions are represented by separate colors for each team member. The blue shows emails, the red shows meetings, the orange shows phone calls, and the yellow shows other Interactions. To see just one of the metrics tracked, click the appropriate metric on the legend at the bottom right. 

Click the date selector at the top right of the graph to change the period of time shown.
 


The export button allows you to export the data displayed into a CSV file. See Exporting your Insights data for more details.

 


Click a team member's name below the graph to open up a more detailed view of that team member's activity over the selected period of time. The more detailed view shows the team member's activity on a per day basis within the specified time period.
