Measure the way you engage with your relationships
As your database grows, so does your means of outreach. Clients come from all places, and each have their own preferred method of communication. Whether it's a simple phone call, a personal email, or an coffee with the Activity tab of Insights you'll be able to gauge how well your engaging with your relationships — and track in what way. Notice that you've been heavy on phone calls as of late, take time to send a handwritten note, and change up your method of communication. Keep things fresh, and relevant for everyone in your database. 

Track key metrics
Located in its own tab inside your Insights Page, the Activity page offers you an overview of how active you and / or your team have been. At a glance, it gives you insight on which activity you did most in Contactually. As a team administrator, you will be able to use this page to gauge the performance of your team members. Identify how many calls, meetings, emails or other means have been used to engage with the relationships in your database. 



 
Each team member is represented by a circular icon marked with his / her photo or initials. The bar on top is separated and color coded into 4 segments. Each color represents a different activity done in Contactually. 


Blue - Email activity
Red - Meetings pulled from your calendars
Orange - Manually logged phone interaction together with phone logs pulled from the app
Yellow - other tasks / manually logged interactions

By default, the bar shows the total for all activities done by each team member. Hover your mouse over the bar to see the breakdown of each activity.

 
If you wish to isolate the total based on activity, just click on the legend at the bottom right.
 
To pick the period that the graph shows, click on the date selector on the top right of the graph. 
 

The export button allows you to export all this data into a .CSV file from a download link, which will be emailed to your primary email address.
 

Moreover, you can click on a team member's name below the graph and it will open up a more detailed view of that member's activity over the selected period of time. This view would show you the user's activity on a per day basis within your specified period.
