Track the impact you and your team are making
You've got an entire database of contacts and a lot of ground to cover. When you've spent countless hours on the phone or behind the keyboard of your computer, it's easy to get lost in the day to day and overlook the impact you're truly making. The Relationship Graph of Insights, allows you to take a quick glance at the impact you and your team are making by taking a look at how many relationships you're nurturing and the strength of those relationship.

Drill down to the details
Your Insights page provides a snapshot of the size, health, and composition of you and your team's contacts. The interface offers you an overview of your network's Relationship Point Average (RPA) performance at a glance.

The Relationships Graph shows you how many of your tracked contacts are strong (green), fading (yellow), or weak (red). The total size of the bar gives you an idea of how many contacts are being tracked. Tracked contacts are contacts that have follow-up rules assigned to them. At a glance, you will know the overall size and health of your network and thus give you insights into how well you are doing or what adjustments you need to make.

The lower section shows a table that highlights each member's activity over a 7-day period. You can also change this to a 30-day or 90-day period. You can get to this page by clicking on a member's name. You can easily sort and review how well each member performed based on the number of contacts each member contacted and the RPA change rate, which shows you a percent of how much a member's RPA improved or deteriorated.

Clicking on any member will pull up the member's bucket data together with a graph plotting his RPA grade on top his network's relationship data over a span of 7 days (30 or 90 days). The green section shows the total number of healthy relationships, yellow would be the total number of weakening relationships, and red would be the total number of fading relationships. The white line/dots shows the member's RPA grade.
