Where can I find a list of emails I've drafted, scheduled, or sent from Contactually?

Viewing the entire list of draft, scheduled, and sent emails

To view the entire list of emails scheduled and sent from Contactually, go to your Dashboard and click the Messages 
tab at the top of the Dashboard. You can also view and edit draft emails on the Messages tab. Only emails initiated from Contactually display on this list. To view all emails sent and received for a specific contact, including emails sent from outside of Contactually, go to that contact's profile. 





You can use the smaller tabs to view by individual message or overall ScaleMail.

To view all the messages within a specific ScaleMail, click the small ScaleMail tab and click the subject line of the ScaleMail. This will populate the individual messages within the ScaleMail and show their tracking results.

Use the dropdown menu above the Recipients column to toggle between sent, scheduled, and draft messages. To edit a draft or change the scheduled send time for an email or ScaleMail, click the subject line and it will open.

All tracking in process is indicated by gray icons. All completed tracking is indicated by green icons. In other words, blue icons indicate that the message has been opened, that a link within the message has been clicked, and that the message has been responded to. If there's no icon at all, that tracking option was not selected for that message.


Viewing all sent and received emails for a specific contact

Go to the contact's profile and scroll down to the contact record. To filter to only email communications, click the small Email tab.






FAQs

I don't see an email I sent on the Messages tab. Where can I see it?

If you sent an email from outside of Contactually, it won't show in the Messages tab, only on the contact record for that contact. Search on the contact to pull up the contact's profile. Then scroll down to the contact record to find a full list of emails sent and received for that contact.

Why do some of my emails have colored icons next to them but others don't?


Icons indicate that open, click, and/or reply rates are being tracked. If there is no icon at all, that tracking option was not selected for that message.

How can I edit my draft messages or change the scheduled send time for a message?

Go to the Messages tab. Then use the dropdown menu above the Recipients column to toggle to Draft. To edit a draft or change the scheduled sending time of an email, click the subject line of the email, and it will open.
