How do I make templates for content or article sharing?

1. Click the 'Email Templates' tab on the top of the page

2. Click 'Create Email Template' on the top right

3. On the Type drop down choose "Content Template". 

4. Type in a Name and Goal for the template.

5. Type in your email message.

Same as email templates/message templates, you will be able to use dynamic fields. The difference is that we have included fields specifically for Content templates. You have fields for:

- Content link (hyperlink/label for the article)
- Content URL
- Content Title
- Content Description  - information placed in the "Why is this relevant" field
- Content Article - entire article will be inserted in the message body

- The contact fields drop down will pull data from your contact's profile
        example: 'first name' will populate the template with your contact's first name
- The personal fields drop down will pull data from your profile 
        example; 'first name' will populate the template with your first name

6. You may add an attachment by clicking on the 'add attachment button' at the bottom.

7. Hit Save.
