How do I make an Introduction?

To introduce two of your contacts to one another, do the following:

1. Locate the first contact, then click on the 'Follow-up' button. You may also click on the email address directly.

2. Click on 'Introduce'. Use the box to search for the other contact you want to introduce. You can just start typing the first name and it will automatically show you contacts with that first name. 

3. Once you've chosen the second contact, you will see 2 tabs on the right side of the follow-up modal for each of the contacts. You can switch to and from these tabs to see info for both contacts. You need to fill in the two boxes with information related to why these two contacts should get to know each other.

Note: The boxes will remember the last thing that you put in for the chosen contact, so you don't have to type it repetitively in the future.

4. When done, click on Preview. At this point, can choose any of your Introduction Templates (if any). Otherwise, our default Introduction Template will be used automatically.

5. Click Send
